Job Description:

As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the Buyer Abuse team and driving process improvements to ensure operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, developing processes, and driving change initiatives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of managers and oversee a team size of 150+ employees
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency and customer experience
  • Work closely with global program owners to design and deploy business strategies
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of operational and/or retail management experience
  • 6+ years of team management experience
  • Experience using data to influence business decisions
