As an Operations Manager, your role involves creating the operational plan that drives site performance and meeting targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of Team Leads and PAs, focusing on employee growth and performance management.
  • Lead operational teams on shifts, addressing issues, and positively impacting site performance through effective decision-making.
  • Analyze shift performance against relevant business objectives, implementing actions to improve operational efficiency and drive results.
  • Collaborate closely with other support teams, including HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Design and deliver initiatives across sites to enhance operational performance, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.

A Day in the Life:

As an Operations Manager, you will lead shifts at one of our operational sites, serving as the key link between various teams, including finance, safety, and operations integration. Your day will involve meetings with different business areas, deep dives into performance and risk metrics for sites, and preparation for varying levels of demand. You will also mentor and coach your team, providing leadership and support to help them become the best managers they can be.

About the Role:

This role requires 2+ years of experience in employee and performance management, along with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. You must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays. Preferred qualifications include 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques experience.
