Job Title

We are seeking a visionary Senior Director to lead our Information Systems platform.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of platform managers, engineers, and architects through recruitment, performance management, and career development.
  • Establish and maintain operational metrics, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance standards that align with business objectives.
  • Monitor and manage enterprise platform operations, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
  • Lead incident response and problem management for critical platform issues, minimizing downtime and impact on users.
  • Oversee implementation and maintenance of platform security policies and procedures, protecting sensitive data and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in platform operations, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Doctorate degree, Masters degree, or Bachelors degree and 16 to 20 years of experience in Server Operations, with at least 5 years in management.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS platforms, including Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Anaplan.
  • Experience with service level management and operational metrics.
