Job Title: Digital Transformation Director

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Director to lead our IT delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies that align with our organization's business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT strategies that align with our organization's business objectives.
  • Lead and manage the IT delivery team, including project managers, developers, and other IT professionals.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence within the IT department.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Establish project management methodologies, standards, and tools to ensure consistent project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business units, clients, and vendors.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between IT teams and other departments.
  • Allocate resources efficiently to ensure optimal project delivery.
  • Manage the recruitment, development, and retention of IT talent.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT leadership and strategy development.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence within the IT department.
  • Experience in resource allocation and management, with the ability to allocate resources efficiently to ensure optimal project delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with IT projects.
