Senior Director - Digital Transformation

We're seeking a visionary leader to drive innovation and deliver cutting-edge solutions in our Digital Business Unit.

This is an exciting opportunity to transform how clients leverage technology to enhance their digital footprint, optimize operations, and achieve business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have 18+ years of experience in managing large transformation programs and projects with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. They should possess expertise in IT services, consulting, or a similar fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery Management: Oversee the delivery of a digital portfolio of customers from a delivery and operations perspective.
  • Team Leadership: Empower delivery managers, program, and project managers to address account/program/project risks and issues effectively.
  • Business Strategy: Monitor projects/programs, revenue, margins, revenue growth, yield per employee, and customer satisfaction.
  • Growth Mindset: Own the growth of the portfolio and be responsible for hiring and offboarding decisions.
