About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Director to lead our efforts in AI innovation.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team and drive cutting-edge research in AI technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting new AI technology research, publishing periodic AI research papers, and experimenting with new AI technologies.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of AI/ML technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on new AI technologies and applications.
  • Publish research papers on AI technologies.
  • Experiment with new AI technologies and their applications.

Requirements:

  • Leadership: Strong team management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of AI/ML technologies including Generative AI, Agent frameworks, Semantic Search, OCR, and Intelligent Automation.
  • AI/ML Delivery: Proven experience in AI model development, deployment, and optimization using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  • Data Science & Analytics: Expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and model validation.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required.
