Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader who can drive positive improvements in margins and strengthen enterprise value. The ideal candidate will have experience managing contact center operations, including hiring, training, quality control, reporting, and client services.

The Senior Director of Operations will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with various departments, and developing strategic plans to optimize performance and achieve business objectives.

  • Drive initiatives resulting in improved margins and strengthened enterprise value
  • Motivate and inspire teams, while building trusting relationships throughout the organization
  • Address attrition-driven issues through continuous focus groups and communication outlets
  • Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Manage and drive results for Service Delivery Operations and performance optimization
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 7-9 years of senior leadership experience in contact center operations
  • Previous experience in business process outsourcing required
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree with a major in Business
  • 5 years of client relationship management experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
