About the role:
As a Director in our Enterprise Technology team, you will contribute to the design, operation, and maintenance of key enterprise systems in use at Crunchyroll. You will take ownership of building a high-performing regional team of administrators and developers who collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and procurement to shape our technology roadmap to achieve our goals. As an integral part of our international team of enthusiasts, you will dedicate your time to building reliable and scalable solutions to transform the landscape of our enterprise applications. At Crunchyroll, we promote strong engineering practices, use innovative technologies and cloud-based microservice architecture, which enable our enterprise teams to integrate seamlessly to achieve our goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of six to address support tickets and enhancement requests in a timely, accurate, and complete manner
• Work globally to facilitate 2-way dialogue with cross-functional stakeholders and internal team members in solving and delivering against committed deliverables
• Proactively identify and address potential blockers and perform root cause analysis where necessary to address recurring issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with team members serving as a coach and mentor
• Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of enterprise systems
• Collaborate with engineering, program, and product managers to define requirements

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in building a regional team, leading, and mentoring local and remote teams of junior and senior administrators and engineers in India to address the needs of accounting, operations, and procurement stakeholders across international locations and time zones
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with ERP systems, including implementation, customization, and support of core financial business cycles (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report).
• 10+ years of systems knowledge and experience supporting NetSuite ERP, with experience in RF-Smart, Pacejet, Coupa, and SirionLabs a plus.
• In-depth working knowledge and proficiency with SuiteCloud, SuiteScripts, and SuiteFlows used to configure and customize NetSuite
• Knowledge of integration technologies such as Mulesoft used to integrate varied SaaS, with the ability to institute exception handling and monitoring in integrated systems
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

A day in the life of our Enterprise Technology Director :

• Manage daily stand-ups with enterprise system administrators and developers in India
• Actively drive the execution of prioritized projects identified in the technology roadmap
• Manage backlog and sprint grooming with reporting on resolution and other metrics
• Manage sourcing relationships with third-party vendors
