● As a Talent Delivery Director, you hold a pivotal leadership position, steering our clients through their talent acquisition journey with strategic insight and unwavering excellence. Your role is central in aligning our global team, fostering a culture of innovation, and driving impactful talent delivery strategies. As an Talent Delivery Director at Randstad Enterprise, you are the operational leader for a key client's recruitment solution. You are responsible for managing the onsite delivery team and ensuring the successful execution of the talent acquisition strategy. Your role is central to day-to-day operations, team performance, and maintaining a strong, positive relationship with the client. You will manage the program in a matrix-based environment, monitoring team productivity to ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) and client expectations are met or exceeded. Your primary focus is on operational excellence, seamless delivery, and acting as the main point of contact for the client and your delivery team.
