Director of Technology Enterprise Applications (Hyderabad, Office-based)

Job Description

Seeking a strategic technology leader with 15+ years experience to architect, design, and deliver scalable, cloud-based enterprise solutions. This hands-on leadership role shapes technology strategy, leads technical teams, and ensures system performance, security, and innovation using .NET Core, microservices, and modern cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and lead design of secure, high-performing applications using .NET Core, Microservices, Azure/AWS
  • Oversee end-to-end architecture for frontend, backend, and databases
  • Guide and mentor development teams, enforce coding, DevOps, and cloud-native best practices
  • Drive migration of legacy apps to microservices/cloud, ensuring high availability and security
  • Lead API design, performance tuning, and security reviews
  • Introduce emerging technologies to enhance system efficiency
  • Engage with business/IT stakeholders to align technology with enterprise goals.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 15+ years in technology roles, 3+ years in architecture leadership
  • Deep expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, microservices
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure (Service Bus, API Mgmt, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, DevOps) or AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation)
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, serverless frameworks
  • Proficient in SQL Server, MongoDB, Cosmos DB, or NoSQL
  • Strong API design and authentication (OAuth, JWT, OpenID)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/ARM/CloudFormation)
  • Familiarity with Angular, React, or Blazor is a plus
  • Event-driven architecture (Kafka/RabbitMQ/Redis) desirable
  • Strong SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practice knowledge
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Azure or AWS Architect Certification
  • Exposure to AI/ML, edge computing, or low-code platforms (OutSystems, Power Apps)
