As part of our Global IT expansion, we are seeking a highly experienced
Technology Leader (Director/Associate Director level)
with proven expertise in
Data Architecture, Azure Cloud platforms, and enterprise-scale digital transformation
. The ideal candidate will drive architecture strategy, design, and implementation of modern data platforms and cloud solutions, while providing thought leadership, innovation, and governance across enterprise initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Leadership & Strategy:
• Define and own enterprise-wide
  data and cloud architecture strategy
  aligned with business goals.
• Drive
  Azure adoption
  , modern data platforms, and cloud-native solutions at scale.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Data Architecture:
• Architect
  data lakes, data warehouses, and modern analytics platforms
  on Azure.
• Establish
  data governance, data quality, metadata management, and security frameworks
  .
• Guide teams in
  ETL/ELT, real-time streaming, and API-driven data
• integration
  .
• Cloud Architecture (Azure):
• Design and implement
  Azure cloud solutions
  including
  IaaS, PaaS, SaaS
  , networking, security, and automation.
• Lead migration of legacy applications and data to
  Azure Cloud
  .
• Ensure
  cloud security, scalability, and compliance
  with global standards.
• Leadership & People Management:
• Mentor and lead teams of architects, engineers, and data specialists.
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders, business leaders, and global teams.
• Provide
  technical governance
  and ensure architecture standards are adhered to.
• Project Delivery:
• Oversee design and implementation of
  large-scale enterprise data and cloud projects
  .
• Ensure delivery excellence, performance optimization, and cost efficiency in cloud usage.
• Drive
  DevOps/CI-CD adoption
  for faster, reliable deployments.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Deep Azure expertise
  :
• Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, Cosmos DB, Azure Data Lake.
• Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Event Hub, Service Bus.
• Azure Security, Identity (AAD), Networking, Monitoring.
• Data & Architecture Skills
  :
• Data modeling, enterprise data warehouse, real-time streaming solutions.
• Experience with Big Data platforms, advanced analytics, AI/ML integration preferred.
• Strong understanding of
  data governance, lineage, and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)
  .
• Leadership Competencies
  :
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong experience in
  leading global teams
  and managing vendor/partner ecosystem.
• Proven ability to
  influence technology roadmaps and enterprise architecture
  .

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.Tech / B.E.
  in Computer Science, IT, or related field. (Master's preferred).
• 15–20 years of
  IT experience
  with strong focus on
  data architecture and cloud technologies
  .
• At least
  8+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Cloud
  .
• Prior experience in
  Head Architect roles
  in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong experience in
  digital transformation, cloud migration, and enterprise architecture governance
  .
