Key Responsibilities
  • Develop in-depth industry expertise, understanding industry trends, competition, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on the ServiceNow ecosystem, company product roadmap, various products, platforms, and offerings, as well as market trends and competitor enterprise products.
  • Manage global responsibilities across regions (US, Europe, UK, APAC) with experience in multiple accounts management and P&L responsibility.
  • Drive delivery through successful client implementation, high customer satisfaction, and proactive relationship building with client stakeholders.
  • Provide innovative insights for customers by staying informed about business and market conditions affecting clients' businesses.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to define and enrich service offerings, support marketing initiatives, and have prior sales experience in global markets.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent planning, acquisition, and deployment, employee experience, financial effectiveness, and comfortable working in a matrix organization with excellent communication and networking skills.
