Project Leadership

As a seasoned project leader, you will oversee end-to-end project delivery of ServiceNow ITOM implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.
  • Manage project lifecycle from initiation through delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Track and report project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets to leadership.
  • Ensure successful integration of ITOM with existing ITSM processes and the CMDB.
  • Work closely with technical teams, business analysts, developers, architects, and platform owners.
  • Act as liaison between business units and ServiceNow implementation partners or internal developers.
  • Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and organizational governance.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans, RAID logs, and status reports.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder communications.
  • Support testing, change management, and user adoption activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong leadership skills and experience managing IT projects from initiation to delivery.

Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to track and report project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets.

Experience with IT service management (ITSM) and configuration management database (CMDB).

Knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM and its implementation best practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
