  • With your expertise in Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), Configuration Management Database (CMD), and IT Service Management (ITSM), you will contribute to the development of reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to support business decision-making.
  • As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and Business stakeholders, to design and implement innovative solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy customized ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to support business decision-making.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, and customization.
  • Proven expertise in Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), Configuration Management Database (CMD), and IT Service Management (ITSM).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
