Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, with experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules.

The successful candidate will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for GRC processes, customize and configure GRC modules, and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and reports, implementing integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, and providing technical guidance and support.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, 2+ years of experience in IRM/GRC module, and certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript(Classic UI and Workspace), Glide, and Jelly
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools, including Studio and Flow Designer
  • Good Experience in UI Builder and configuration in Workspaces
  • Experience with Patching and Upgrade for IRM modules with understanding of latest updates of GRC/IRM module
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow integration methods, including REST, SOAP, and MID Server
