Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Specialist to join our Governance, Risk and Compliance team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with ServiceNow GRC modules and contribute to strategic, operational and technical GRC initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Manage the GRC Team
    • Strategically lead and manage the GRC team to ensure effective governance, risk management and compliance across the organization.
    • Act as primary contact for central risk and compliance functions, providing guidance and support to stakeholders.
    • Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensure audit-readiness and manage the GRC roadmap to drive business success.
    • Coordinate with Enterprise Risk Management to identify, assess and mitigate risks.
  • ServiceNow GRC Architect/Lead Consultant
    • Provide technical leadership and design ServiceNow IRM/GRC platform architecture to support business needs.
    • Oversee integrations, platform scalability and security to ensure seamless functionality.
    • Collaborate with enterprise platform and security teams to drive innovation and improvement.
  • ServiceNow GRC Functional Consultant
    • Configure and implement ServiceNow GRC modules (IRM, Audit, Policy, Risk, Compliance) to meet business requirements.
    • Translate business requirements into workflows, ensuring efficient and effective process implementation.
    • Support testing, training and go-live activities to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Align implementations with regulatory frameworks (ISO, SOX, GDPR) to ensure compliance.
  • GRC/Risk & Compliance Analyst
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date risk registers, control libraries and policy documentation to support informed decision-making.
    • Support audits, evidence collection and control testing to ensure regulatory compliance.
    • Generate dashboards and reports (e.g., risk heatmaps) to provide visibility and insights into risk management performance.
    • Liaise with business units on control responsibilities to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
