Key Accounting Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned Accounting Manager with extensive experience in leading financial processes and teams. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional accounting knowledge, leadership skills, and proficiency in NetSuite or similar general ledger systems.

Job Description:

  • Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and implement efficient accounting policies, procedures, and SOPs aligned with US GAAP.
  • Manage and own reporting processes, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statement fluctuations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external and internal auditors, ensuring compliance and quality control.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7-10 years' relevant operational accounting experience, preferably with mid-cap companies ($200 million to $500 million annual revenue).
  • Candidates must hold a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification to be eligible.
  • Experience with monthly closing journal entries, financial statements, and close calendar walkthroughs is essential.
  • Strong understanding of accounting concepts, including system implementations and conversions.
