We are looking for the UK Accounts Receivable Executive. The ideal candidate will ensure timely collection of payments, accurate record-keeping, and strong coordination with clients and internal teams to maintain healthy cash flow.Key Responsibilities:Generate and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.Follow up with clients on outstanding payments via calls, emails, and official reminders.Record and reconcile incoming payments in the accounting system.Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and aging reports.Handle client queries regarding billing and payments.Coordinate with the sales, operations, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies.Prepare AR reports for management review.Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.Preparing various analyses as needed.Undertaking additional duties assigned by management.Qualifications & Skills:2–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar role. Candidates with B.Com, M.Com, CA, or CA Inter qualifications and strong English communication skills are welcome.Proficiency in Excel and MS Office is essential.
