Business Development Executive

The key objective of this role is to conceptualize and execute business strategies for OEMs and direct sales businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Planning: To develop and implement business plans for OEMs and direct sales businesses, including monthly and annual plan submissions.
  • GMVC Management: To review the performance of each account and product level, ensuring that the business is profitable and meets the GMVC targets.
  • Client Relations: To build and maintain strong relationships with OEM clients, identifying new genuine oil tie-up opportunities in line with the devised strategy.
  • Account Mapping: To create detailed maps of accounts, including contact matrices and opportunity lists, and ensure timely updates.
  • Consultative Selling: To apply consultative and benefit selling skills to drive sales growth.
  • Market Intelligence: To gather accurate market information on the business environment, competitor activities, and products related to OEM business.
  • Future Requirements: To identify future market requirements and suggest changes or additions as necessary.
  • Customer Experience: To ensure smooth supply of products, timely response to customer queries, and best-in-class customer experience.
  • Receivables Collection: To ensure timely collection of receivables in accordance with credit policy.
  • Market Support: To conceptualize and execute market support activities with OEM clients.
