Provident Fund Manager Position

This role is responsible for overseeing the organization's Provident Fund accounts and ensuring compliance with EPFO regulations.

The incumbent will be accountable for managing accurate records of Provident Fund contributions, processing timely remittances to the EPFO office, and submitting necessary documents and forms as required.

A key responsibility of this position is coordinating with the EPFO office to follow up on pending cases and resolve issues related to Provident Fund settlements. Regular audits of Provident Fund accounts are also crucial to ensure accuracy and compliance.

In addition to these tasks, the Provident Fund Manager will provide support and guidance to employees regarding Provident Fund queries and concerns. They will also liaise with EPFO officials to facilitate smooth processing of claims and other related activities.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in Provident Fund compliance or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or Commerce is preferred.
