Job Title: Service Now Test Engineer

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Test Engineer to develop detailed test plans and execute tests to validate functionality.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in Quality Assurance in ServiceNow, hands-on experience implementing ATF, and functional knowledge of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, HRSD, CSM etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Test Planning and Execution: Developing detailed test plans and test cases based on business requirements, functional and detailed design documents.
  • Regression Testing: Executing tests to validate functionality, including regression testing to ensure new changes or enhancements do not negatively impact existing functionality.
  • Test Documentation: Creating and maintaining comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases and test results.
  • Defect Management: Identifying, documenting and reporting defects found during testing.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Coordinating and collaborating with client teams for completion of integration and user acceptance testing.
  • ATF Implementation: Design and implement ATF in ServiceNow.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-6 years' experience in Quality Assurance in ServiceNow.
  • Hands-on experience implementing ATF.
  • Functional knowledge of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, HRSD, CSM etc.
  • Experience working in Agile methodology.
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
