Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM Specialist

Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to contribute to the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow ITSM solutions. This involves collaborating with stakeholders to analyze and review business requirements, developing technical solutions that meet these needs, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems.

This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Portal, Flow Designer, and CSDM. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring and customizing these modules to meet business needs.

The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM customization, configuration, and development
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Portal, Flow Designer, and CSDM
  • Deep understanding of REST, WSDL, JSON, and ability to integrate with other third-party applications and data sources
  • Expertise in configuring UI Actions/UI Policy/ACL/Client Scripts, Business Rules, Inbound Actions, Macros, CSS-based UX/UI design, and development using Angular-based Client-side and Server-side scripts
