Job Description:
  We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow and be able to troubleshoot technical issues, resolve complex problems, and provide exceptional customer service.
  Key Responsibilities:
    
  • Resolve technical issues and clarify unexpected behaviors
  • Dive deep into the ServiceNow platform using logs, dev tools, and expertise to find answers
  • Collaborate with global teams to continuously enhance product usability and performance
  • Bring clarity to complexity and untangle knots

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  The successful candidate will have:
    
  • 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow (Support, Implementation, or Development)
  • Knowledge of AngularJS, AJAX, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, XML
  • BASIC grasp of OOP principles & SQL
  • Solid debugging chops - logs, root cause analysis, platform performance
  • Excellent communication - both spoken and written
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
