Job Title: Fashion Enterprise Partnership Lead

Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum

Job Description

This role requires a passionate and results-driven leader to oversee the acquisition and onboarding of high-value fashion sellers. You will work closely with the sales and partnerships teams, as well as account managers, to ensure seamless onboarding, relationship building, and revenue growth for our sellers.

Responsibilities:
  • Seller Acquisition: Lead end-to-end sales efforts to attract, engage, and onboard high-value fashion sellers (brands, boutiques, designers).
  • GTM Strategy: Research and identify key high-value sellers using market insights and networking to proactively target relevant brands for onboarding.
  • Commercials: Negotiate terms, pricing models, and onboarding plans to drive high-value partnerships and ensure mutual success.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders of these high-value sellers and ensure their growth by working closely with category managers.
Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and strong relationship management skills. Key qualifications include:

  • Prior experience in enterprise sales.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.
