Job Description

\

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Business Development Manager to join our team in the North Zone. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and growing our HVAC business to meet targeted revenue and gross margin plans.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share\
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders\
  • Provide sales support and training to internal teams to ensure effective selling practices\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions\
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions\
  • Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, prospects, and forecasts to management\
  • Other duties as assigned by management\
\

Required Skills and Qualifications

\

To be successful in this role, you will need:

\
  • \
  • A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience in HVAC sales\
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in HVAC sales, preferably with a strong track record of revenue growth and business development\
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills\
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities\
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions\
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively throughout the region\
