Strategic Sales Leader for HVAC Products

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Professional to lead our Channel Sales team in India. As a Senior General Manager – Channel Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability through strategic partnerships with resellers, consultants, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a high-performing team of channel sales representatives to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.
- IDentify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners within the assigned territory, fostering strong relationships and collaborative business plans.
- Cultivate and execute business strategies to meet quarterly sales goals, collaborating with partners to create and implement effective sales plans.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing the value proposition of our products, addressing key technical aspects and customer needs.
- Negotiate offer and contract terms, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and securing approvals as needed.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in selling HVAC/IAQ products in India, preferably PAN-India role.
- Strong background in engineering or related field, with a deep understanding of GTM strategies for HVAC/IAQ products.
- Established connections with leading HVAC consultants and contractors, with expertise in techno-commercial negotiations.
- Ability to influence and interface with other parts of the organization to position business cases for pursuits.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with fluency in English language.
- Proactive mindset, with minimal guidance required.
- Strong networking skills.
This is a senior leadership position requiring a proven track record of success in sales management, strategic planning, and partner development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, develop innovative solutions, and improve customer satisfaction.
