About the Role

An experienced Technical Program Manager will work closely with product management, engineering and partners to define requirements, manage schedules and lead cross functional teams to deliver a wide variety of strategic products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Risk and Compliance Team to understand the requirements and relevant metrics needed on the requirement
  • Understand with product and Tech. teams (Data Owners) if the relevant data instrumentation is enabled
  • Ensure that the data from the Data Owners reach the Datawarehouse with pipelines that are extensible
  • Work with Business to ensure dashboards are driving the right insights, reduce adhoc query , reduce manual intervention for deep dives and increase self serve
  • Empower Data Products Team to (Advanced Analytics, Platform, Frontend) to continuously evolve in terms of data reliability, scalability
  • Work with Data Engineering team to optimize, scale storage, compute and data availability

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical product or program management
  • Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MBA, or related field
  • Experience contributing to technical discussions around decisions and technical strategy to enable long term program vision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience with reliability maintenance or manufacturing related products is a plus
  • Experience with operations management, inventory management, and warehouse management systems
  • Experience with AGILE or other program management methodologies
  • Demonstrated track record of cultivating strong working relationships and driving collaboration across multiple technical and operations and teams
