As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's strategic initiatives and driving short-term and long-term business impact.

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong track record of success in developing and deploying strategic initiatives. If you have a proven ability to evaluate end-markets, identify growth opportunities, and analyze data to build and deploy sales programs, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Growth & Transformation Projects: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive business growth and transformation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize projects that align with the company's overall strategy.
  • Entry Strategy for New Products/Geographies: Identify growth opportunities, develop business plans, and execute entry strategies for new products and geographies. Work closely with business leaders to ensure successful execution.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Design and implement data analytics and reporting solutions to support key business decisions. Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute reporting and analytic needs.
  • Market Intelligence: Manage competitive intelligence for sales, market trends, competition actions, customer needs, and emerging technologies. Bring an outside-in perspective to senior leadership.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration (B.Tech + MBA preferred) from a tier 1 college
  • 4-7 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong skills in structured thinking, effective communication, problem-solving, data analysis, and program management
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
