Project Finance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a Project Finance Specialist role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform complex financial analyses and build robust financial models to support project teams
  • Conduct thorough budgeting activities and provide analytical support to project teams
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and monitor project costs
  • Provide valuable insights to support financial decision-making

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Expertise in Finance, Financial Modeling, and Financial Analysis
  • Experience in Budgeting and Financial Planning
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are an advantage

About the Role:

  • Originate prospects and identify new business opportunities
  • Structure proposals/term sheets and coordinate due diligence
  • Manage lender/investor communications and negotiate closing documentation
  • Ensure post-closing covenants and reporting

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Demonstrable track record of sourcing and closing funding from international banks, HNIs, and family offices
  • Strong communication and representation skills
  • Integrity and compliance mindset
