Solution Selling: Understand client requirements, industry trends, and competitive offerings to position Droom as the go-to partner for OEMs, offering tailored digital solutions and services.

Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the automotive sector, and leverage this knowledge to inform sales strategies.

Business Development: Identify new market opportunities and continuously expand the network of OEM partners through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts.

Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the enterprise sales division.

Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and new opportunities.
