About the Role

As an Enterprise Sales Business Development Manager at PayU, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and expansion in our dedicated region. Your primary focus will be on servicing all sales and lifecycle management queries, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve merchant queries and cross-selling PayU products to merchants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue high-potential leads in government, education, and utility segments to sign them up for PayU payment gateway products.
  • Manage existing accounts to ensure revenue growth and expand product offerings through strategic cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with regional business leads to develop and execute strategic and tactical plans for the region.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, commercial negotiations, and agreement closures to drive sales growth.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for merchant queries from the business team.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction with PayU products and services.
  • Meet or exceed allocated quarterly and yearly sales targets for the dedicated region.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Experience in merchant servicing and engagement.
  • Portfolio management, cross-selling, and upselling experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment.
  • Collaborative working style with a focus on teamwork.
