Role Description

As a key member of our organization, the successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new large trader clients on a monthly basis.

  • They will ensure the highest quality customer acquisition by selecting the right surrogates in accordance with segmentation norms.
  • The individual will participate in local area programs (LAP) organized by the branch manager to generate leads and actively source trader accounts/leads for third-party products.
  • They will collect margin cheques/stocks from clients as required and ensure timely capture/banking.
  • The candidate will generate minimum daily trading volumes and profitability for both clients and the company.
  • They will acquire large trader clients with high margins.
  • Execution of transactions in equities (cash and derivatives), currency, and commodities will also be a crucial aspect of this role.
  • Efficient management of orders based on customer requests is essential for success in this position.
  • Generating leads, selling/advising third-party products such as health insurance, SIPs, life insurance, and mutual funds is another key responsibility.
  • Day-to-day coordination with various departments including RMS, activation team, surveillance, and others is necessary for smooth branch functioning.
  • Approvals related to limits and commercials will also be part of the job.
