Corporate Relationship Manager

The Corporate Relationship Manager is a pivotal role that involves forging and nurturing strong relationships with corporate clients. This position requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business growth through effective partnership development.

About the Role:

  • Onboard corporate clients onto the M1xchange platform
  • Activate these clients for transactions and maintain relationships to maximize business opportunities
  • Maximize throughput (factoring of bills) from all onboarded corporates in their portfolio
  • Optimize profitability parameters and charges for each corporate relationship and the overall portfolio
  • Grow the partner/distribution network and tap into untapped segments/companies/territories for business
  • Achieve sales targets in line with established targets for revenues and volumes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, forecast, measure, and report business volumes on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as required
  • Drive relationship at CXO/promoter levels and decision makers, partnering stakeholders in clients to work out solutions from our product suite
  • Have deep knowledge and expertise of partners in the geography to drive partner connection in the defined territory for maximum impact on customer acquisition, renewals, and consumption

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Banking/Financial Services/Fintech domain with readiness to take on challenges for speedy career growth
  • Experience should include Core Sales, Market Expansion/Penetration, Business Development in Financial Services domain
  • Minimum required qualification: Graduate (preferably in Finance/Commerce)
  • Candidate must have experience in working on digital platforms
  • Must be solution-oriented, having strong analytical skills, with professional degree in Finance preferred (MBA, CA etc.)
  • Candidates based locally and operating in the required catchment area will be preferred
