As an Associate Growth Manager you'll be part of the engine that drives user and revenue growth. You'll get to experiment across paid organic product partnerships and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run experiments to drive user acquisition activation and retention.
  • Help manage campaigns across paid ads social email SEO content and referrals.
  • Analyse data to figure out what's working (and what's not) then optimize.
  • Work closely with product marketing and sales teams to improve funnels and conversions.
  • Stay plugged into the latest growth hacks tools and channels.

Requirements:

  • 0–5 years of experience (internships/projects count—mindset matters more than CV).
  • You're curious hands-on and love learning by doing.
  • Comfortable with numbers and testing hypotheses (basic Excel/Sheets GA or similar).
  • Not afraid to get scrappy—whether it's writing copy designing a landing page or cold-DMing a potential partner.
  • A doer: you'd rather run an experiment today than plan one for a month.
