Job Overview:

The Head of Total Rewards will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global compensation and rewards strategy. This role will focus on establishing a standardized global compensation framework, driving differentiated rewards programs, and managing key aspects such as job architecture, compensation benchmarking, short-term incentive programs (STIPs), long-term incentive programs (LTIPs), and global benefits administration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of a global compensation framework and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and competitive market practices.
  • Oversee the creation and continuous improvement of differentiated rewards programs, including short-term incentives (STIPs), long-term incentives (LTIPs), and executive compensation.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive job architecture model to ensure consistent and equitable job classifications, structures, and career progression paths across the organization.
  • Conduct global compensation benchmarking to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent in the IT services industry.
  • Administer and manage global benefits programs, ensuring consistency and competitiveness across regions while aligning with employee needs and organizational goals.
  • Provide detailed analytical support and insights for compensation planning, budgeting, and forecasting, including the preparation of costing models for compensation strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to evaluate and recommend compensation solutions that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and performance.
  • Develop, maintain, and update compensation-related reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international compensation regulations, and monitor any legislative changes that may impact compensation and benefits programs.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in a senior Total Rewards or Compensation and Benefits leadership role, preferably within a global IT services or technology company.
  • Strong expertise in establishing and managing a global compensation framework, job architecture, and rewards strategy.
  • In-depth experience with compensation benchmarking, STIPs, LTIPs, and executive compensation practices.
  • Strong background in global benefits administration, including the design and management of benefits packages across different regions.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including experience in data modeling, statistical analysis, and advanced Excel functions.
  • Expertise in creating and presenting high-level PowerPoint presentations for executive audiences.
  • Experience in developing compensation surveys and costing models, with the ability to provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights.
  • Excellent understanding of market trends in compensation and benefits, particularly within the IT services industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and present ideas persuasively to senior management.
