The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning the compensation and benefits practices with the overall HR philosophy. This involves designing compensation structures, determining salary ranges, managing annual salary revisions, communicating compensation programs, monitoring the program, and making changes as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintaining a balance between compliance, costs, and attracting staff by monitoring the organization's compensation structure.
- Developing and executing a technology roadmap for Market Intelligence & Annual Planning and the Total Rewards CoE.
- Performing data analysis of key market intelligence indicators and interlocking with stakeholders to support actionable market intelligence.
- Maintaining enterprise-level focus on compensation management activities while understanding unique characteristics of state entities.
- Consulting with Sr. Leaders and managers on the Fiserv Compensation philosophy, policies, and structures.
- Researching and analysing market data to develop compensation structures and conducting ad hoc analysis for business leaders.
- Supporting the work of HR professionals within the CoE and developing a global Fiserv HR organization.
- Undertaking job evaluations to ensure fair pay differences within the organization.
- Driving wellbeing and Benefits / rewards operations professionals to develop and implement Fiserv India Health and Mental Wellbeing policies and programs.
- Defining problem statements, goal setting, performance management, escalation management, and coaching/mentoring the operations team.
- Working closely with Fiserv India senior leadership, HR, HQ Benefits, and Wellbeing teams to build consensus and support for the India Health and Wellbeing Strategy.
- Focusing on communication and branding of all associate benefits.
- Driving insurance renewal for the Fiserv India entity.
- Developing approaches for administering health and wellbeing programs for Fiserv India in collaboration with local and global teams.
- Drives vendor market intelligence across the broader benefits portfolio & helping the organization to optimize ROI.
- Managing multiple vendors / services contracts & renewal.
- Leading the internal governance of functional metrics and health/insurance dashboards.
- Driving the finalization of annual Fiserv India engagement calendar in partnership with site excellence and enabling implementation of the events in conjunction with the global and India team.
- Working with Leaders, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and the leadership team to effectively communicate/amplify Fiserv India's Benefits philosophy and educate team members on the value of Total Rewards in partnership with communications.
- Manages and monitors health and wellbeing budgets and insurance.
- Owns and drives company-wide special projects aligned to team/organizational needs.
