Fabric Sourcing Expert for Knitwear and T-Shirts

We seek an experienced professional to oversee fabric procurement for our captive knitwear factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating pricing, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining quality standards while optimizing costs.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Fabric Sourcing and Procurement: Identify, evaluate, and onboard fabric suppliers for knits and T-shirts.
  • Negotiate pricing with suppliers to secure optimal rates.
  • Develop strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and maintain quality standards.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in fabric sourcing and procurement.
  • Strong knowledge of knitwear fabrics and their properties.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
