Drive Sales and Growth in Corporate T-Shirts and Promotional T-Shirts
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to lead sales efforts in our corporate t-shirts, promotional t-shirts, and school uniform segment. The primary role of this position is to develop new business through strategic marketing and sales initiatives, build key customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and close deals while maintaining a thorough understanding of current market conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the corporate t-shirts and promotional t-shirts segment
- Conduct market research to identify high-potential prospects and develop targeted marketing campaigns
- Maintain and enhance customer relationships through regular communication, brand services, and supply chain support
- Identify opportunities at events, trade shows, and corporate events to expand the customer base
- Cultivate strong business relationships with existing and potential customers to drive long-term growth
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, such as marketing or business administration
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, and order sourcing
- Knowledge of textile construction and development (fiber, processing, dyeing, finishing, and testing) is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and networking abilities
- Strong ownership and willingness to drive results
