Service Delivery Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead our team. This role requires strong leadership and technical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality services to our customers.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance improvement, network establishment or optimization, cost reduction, escalation resolution, and enhancing customer experience, including sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Return Authorization (RA) reduction and product quality improvement
- Serve as a single point of contact for service issues, ensuring timely resolution and implementing improvement plans
- Establish new processes as needed
- Collaborate closely with Quality, Sales, Parts, and Region Technical Support for solution delivery, monitoring service activity, and performance against service level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology or related field
- Eight to Ten years of experience in Service Delivery management, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Strong background in After-Sales Support and Hardware Maintenance
- Sound understanding of mobile products and technology
- Experience working with vendors
- Excellent project management and analytical skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Market competition intelligence
