Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Excellence Lead to oversee project timelines, budgets, stakeholder alignment, and delivery milestones. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage risks, and ensure successful coordination across engineering, IT, operations, and business units.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrumban, and proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
You will define and manage delivery timelines, budgets, and success metrics, align cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder communication, and identify and mitigate risks while ensuring adherence to delivery milestones.
In this role, you will also oversee vendor and partner coordination, support Agile transformation, and apply domain knowledge in maritime systems, cloud platforms, and data systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and manage delivery timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Scrumban practices.
- Align cross-functional teams across engineering, IT, operations, and business units.
- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure transparency across all levels.
- Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring adherence to delivery milestones.
- Oversee vendor and partner coordination to ensure timely and quality outcomes.
- Support Agile transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- 10–12 years of experience in service delivery, project management, or Scrum Master roles.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrumban.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
- Expertise in risk assessment, mitigation, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Familiarity with digital twins, cloud platforms, and enterprise data systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience in vendor and partner coordination.
