Key Role Summary:
As a seasoned business growth driver, you will spearhead the expansion of our operations in the Indian subcontinent.
- Promoting our products to customers and partners in the region through targeted marketing initiatives
- Facilitating seamless transactions between buyers and sellers by providing expert mediation services
- Ensuring effective communication between our global organization and regional clients as a key liaison
You will collaborate closely with various departments, including key account management, technical service, product management, customer service, supply chain, marketing services, and business development to achieve strategic objectives.
In addition, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting market research activities such as market analysis, competitor analysis, product placement analysis, and local price level analysis
- Participating in trade fairs, conferences, customer events, and suppliers' day
- Supporting customer satisfaction surveys and collecting receivables
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Strong technical sales acumen and expertise
- Self-motivation and enthusiasm for driving results
- Target-oriented approach and team player attitude
- Intercultural mix and excellent communication skills
- An openness to new ideas and proposing innovative solutions
A degree in Engineering or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience is required. Basic knowledge of lubricants and its application is highly preferred. MBA in Sales/Operations and experience in handling public sector customers are added advantages.
