Job Description

As a Training Placement Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our training programs.

  • Develop and execute placement initiatives to enhance industry absorption of our trainees.
  • Nurture partnerships with HR leaders and recruiters across finance, consulting, BFSI, IT, and EdTech sectors.
  • Organize campus drives, interviews, and placement events that showcase our trainees' skills.
  • Manage dashboards, hiring trackers, and alumni networks to facilitate career progression.
  • Onboard corporate partners for training, internships, and hiring collaborations that drive business growth.
  • Design proposals, MoUs, and frameworks tailored to corporate needs, enhancing our competitive edge.
  • Represent us at networking events, conclaves, and CSR partnership opportunities, fostering strategic relationships.
  • Contribute to business development by generating B2B opportunities, executive education leads, and consulting projects.
  • Deliver resume workshops, mock GD/PI, and industry talks that equip our trainees with essential skills.
  • Connect trainees with mentors and alumni for career guidance, promoting lifelong learning.
  • Collect employer feedback to refine curriculum and placement preparation, ensuring our trainees remain relevant in the job market.
