Job Overview:

This senior administrative role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and support at the front desk, ensuring seamless daily operations management and efficient processes.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in day-to-day operations management, guaranteeing that front desk functions are error-free and identifying any lapses for rectification in real time.
  • Administering front office functions on a daily basis, including implementation, continuous review, and continuous improvement (kaizen).
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for performing duties as and when needed in case of absence or peak workload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality front desk services, handling check-ins/outs, billing, answering phone calls, emails, and responding to inquiries
  • Ensuring accurate and timely completion of front desk tasks, identifying errors and rectifying them promptly
  • Managing front office functions with precision and efficiency, implementing improvements continuously
  • Performing fill-in duties as necessary during absences or peak workloads
  • Monitoring and overseeing all guest services, maintaining high standards
  • Identifying VIP guests, meeting and greeting them accordingly
  • Providing excellent communication skills, drafting professional emails, documents, and presentations
  • Exhibiting hospitality, customer-centric approach, effective negotiation skills, and thorough organization abilities
  • Natural team player with patience, negotiation skills, and dispute resolution expertise
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role in 4/5-star hotels, preferably with a hotel management background
