Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive client acquisition for our warehousing and logistics services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leveraging your network connections to generate leads, and closing deals with clients in industries such as e-commerce, FMCG, and retail.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales plan targeting high-potential clients in key industries.
  • Proactively network through industry events, referrals, and market research to identify and engage new leads.
  • Create and deliver tailored proposals to potential clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Maintain an accurate CRM to track sales activities, lead status, and progress toward targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the warehousing, logistics, or supply chain industry.
  • Established connections and the ability to leverage a personal network to identify and engage prospects.
  • A track record of achieving sales targets and driving new business.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
