Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Proposal Development Specialist to join our team.

This key role involves creating high-quality proposals that effectively showcase our capabilities and meet the needs of clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of US Federal government contracting, including RFP/RFQ/RFI management, bid management, capture management, and dealing with procurement regulations.

You will work closely with sales teams to develop account penetration strategies and account-specific sales plans. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will enable you to effectively communicate with stakeholders and navigate complex procurement regulations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and implementing effective proposal writing strategies
  • Managing end-to-end sales life cycles, from lead generation to contract award
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives

Requirements for Success:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in pre-sales and proposal writing in an IT services/staffing company
  2. Strong understanding of US Federal government contracting, SLED contracting, and federal procurement regulations
  3. Experience in RFP/RFQ/RFI management, bid management, capture management, and end-to-end sales life cycle management
  4. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
