
Strategic Relationship Builder

The primary objective of this role is to identify and develop relationships with high net worth clients, providing them with bespoke financial solutions.
This involves acquiring and servicing UHNI/HNI clients for the Private Client Group, with a minimum book size of Rs. 25 Lac.
The key performance indicator will be to achieve revenue targets through broking/trading in equity, derivatives, currency, and commodity markets, as well as cross-selling third-party products like mutual funds, portfolio management services, and alternate investment funds.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to increase book size and revenue by applying advanced strategies and market understanding.
The role also involves upselling and cross-selling, guiding large clients to diversify their investment portfolios by advising them on suitable products like mutual funds, PMS, IAP, and insurance.
Understanding client profiles and suggesting portfolio/asset allocation will be crucial in improving client activity ratios and maintaining client satisfaction.
Effective coordination with third-party product manufacturers and stakeholders will also be essential.
