Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide top-notch services to our customers, ensuring a seamless experience through exceptional customer orientation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the calibration and annual maintenance contract services of ZwickRoell products.

  • Perform regular maintenance visits for Annual Maintenance Contract orders.
  • Calibrate ZwickRoell machines and instruments at customer sites.
  • Prepare calibration certificates and submit them to customers on time and according to standards.
  • Submit service reports and checklists to the service planner for invoicing to customers.
  • Analyze faults and failures in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components.
  • Determine the nature and scope of faults or damage and advise customers on proper follow-up procedures.
  • Follow up with sales executives for timely submission of offers for Annual Maintenance Contracts and calibration proposals.
  • Advise customers on spares and consumables for smooth operations.
  • Plan customer visits in consultation with the service planner.
  • Utilize CRM systems to actively manage all service jobs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical / automation / instrumentation).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in servicing materials testing machines and instruments.
  • Working experience in measurement and analytical instruments or materials testing is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of materials testing and properties.
  • Basic knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
  • Experience in customer support activities for materials testing machines.
  • Proficiency with PC software and good knowledge of MS Office programs.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Goal-oriented and flexible approach to work.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • A valid driving license.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi language.
  • Proficiency in German language is advantageous.

This role requires 70% travel, so the ideal candidate should be willing to travel frequently.
