Job Title: Customer Support Specialist
">Our client is seeking a skilled and multilingual customer support specialist to join their team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to customers across the globe.

- Provide multilingual customer support via phone, chat, and email">
- Troubleshoot mobile device and connectivity issues">
- Log and manage service tickets accurately and efficiently">
- Liaise with telecom providers and internal teams to resolve service-related issues">
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs">
Requirements:
">We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, as well as strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience with mobile technologies and ticketing tools is a plus.
