
Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive key growth initiatives and manage sales for our solar business. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in industrial B2B sales, with a focus on developing and executing strategies to expand market share and increase revenue.
Job Responsibilities- Business Development: Lead pre-sales and business development efforts to hunt and mine new customers through product presentations and digital media channels.
- Customer & Sales Management: Conduct product demos, lead new product launches, and assess customer requirements to provide effective solutions.
- Strategy & Planning: Deliver on sales, pricing, and payment collection for your territory. Consolidate full technical offers for both Greenfield and Brownfield projects and ensure your Sales Funnel is consistently updated.
- Collaboration & Communication: Leverage SFDC as a key growth tool and collaborate with various functions, including service, supply chain, product management, and marketing, to drive business growth.
- Education: A B.Tech degree with an MBA in Sales/Marketing from a premier institute is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 8-12 years of overall experience, including at least 8 years of commercial experience and 6 years of industrial B2B sales in allied sectors such as solar, instrumentation, or automation.
- Skills:

- A fast learner with a self-motivated, 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to structure a solution in uncertain situations and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
