
Business Development Executive

Pursue sales opportunities and achieve personal sales objectives with the product range in assigned territories, focusing on complete collections of all receivables.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and penetrate target markets based on regional market conditions
- Support business development and customer management by identifying potential customers, providing updated market intelligence to supervisors/teams
- Continuously increase market intelligence and update customer and competitor data to apply the overall sales process, aiming to meet or exceed targets
- Establish a database and processes for obtaining, updating, maintaining, and evaluating market trends, product applications, service needs, competitor intelligence, etc., to identify new business opportunities
- Assist in product promotion, trials, and development
- Identify and attract new customers (including distributors), pursue new applications, and interact with corresponding process and product developers of potential customers to drive profitable future business
- Develop and implement specification selling tools based on sector approaches and support sales with necessary tools. Collaborate with Technical Service teams to ensure the development of applicators for installation, defect-free installations, effective resolution of product complaints, product training for customers, and maintenance of up-to-date working knowledge of new application technologies
- Negotiate and close deals or contracts with customers, provide operational guidance and support to relevant departments, and provide accurate sales forecasts to facilitate efficient planning of products and services
